Character Residence/Roommates and approximate location: your guess is as good as mine
Brief Character History: (from TKR Proteus history - not canon!) Wilton's first functional AI, brought online at the end of January 1976 and locked up just months later due to Comtron's meddling. A technician who worked closely with Karr was paid by the competing company to sabotage Wilton's project. Which she did admirably, playing on Karr's 'survival' mandate, telling him that if he did not finish on his first test track run, he would be deactivated and scrapped.
The next morning at the test track, the technician, who was dying of a terminal illness to begin with, having given Comtron's payoff to her family, stepped out in front of Karr on his test run, knowing full well what would happen. Karr made the choice she'd put in front of him in her lie the night before and went through her, instead of stopping.
It was the end of the road for Karr, and then the warehouse darkness until two bumbling theives found and woke him up.
(For the purposes of the knyghtfall RPG, Karr is still a bad guy, and a field agent for the higher up type people running the buying and selling of AIs)
